Kelly Outram was born in Letchworth Garden City in 1995. She studied at Fearnhill School, later moving on to Coventry University where she began to study for her BA (Hons) in Fine Art in 2013. In her second year at Coventry University Kelly took place in the international project “#3CityLInk” where she conversed with Gyumri (Armenia) and Regina (Canada) through a complex dialogue to form her first ever unit of psychogeography based work. 

In 2016 Kelly relocated to Gorefeild, Cambridgeshire, with the goal to continue progressing her auto-biographical work back into the rural setting she found most interesting.
